Training:
Dr Hughes completed specialist training in Obstetrics and Gynaecology before working as a consultant in the HSE.
Experience:
Dr Hughes is a Consultant Gynaecologist in Beacon Hospital’s Women’s Centre. Prior to this Dr Hughes worked as a Consultant Obstetrician and Gynaecologist in Cork University Maternity Hospital.
Dr Hughes believes in a patient centred holistic approach to provide comprehensive treatment of common benign gynaecological problems.
Her areas of interest include general women’s health, gynaecology and minimally invasive surgery.
