Training & Education
Ms Anna Walsh graduated with honours from Trinity College Dublin in 2008. She was awarded an MD in prostate molecular oncology in 2015 from Trinity College Dublin exploring the role of miRNAs in prostate cancer progression. She completed her higher surgical training in Ireland receiving the Keith Yeates medal in the FRCS urology examinations Edinburgh in 2018. She undertook a fellowship in robotic uro-oncology in Guy’s and St Thomas NHS foundation Trust and St George’s University Hospital and received ERUS accreditation.
Ms Walsh was appointed a consultant urologist with a specialist interest in renal cancer in St Georges and Croydon University hospitals in 2021 before taking up a position at the specialist centre for kidney cancer at the Royal Free Hospital in London.
Ms Walsh is currently a Consultant Urologist at Beacon Hospital. She specialises in minimally invasive urological surgery of the kidney and pelvis.
